Where did the summer go??
If you're a mom of school-aged kiddies, it's time to prepare for a brand new school year. My daughter Jordan is now 13 and headed to 8th grade. She takes her school supply shopping EXTREMELY seriously. All summer she's scouring the internet for the coolest pencil cases, the BOMB backpacks, and the nicest notebooks. But she also has to have all of the trim and accruements like marble sticky pads and matching page flags and of course, pastel highlighters. She's obsessed, ya'll.

Gone are the days where a few pencils and a couple of new boring notebooks will do. Students now are style-conscious and want to express their personality in all that they do. My kid is an honor student at the top of her class. If cool school supplies keep her feeling confident and ready to take on the world, it's a small price to pay!
