Fashion Design Bootcamp: Pants

Service Description

Pre-req: Must take the Custom Skirt session prior to this session. Attendees will apply their sewing and design skills to a more advanced project, pants custom-made to fit their body, aesthetic & lifestyle. The session is Wednesday-Thursday, 10am-4pm. Must be 12 years old or older. Will need to bring fabric and possibly a matching zipper. On the Tuesday before the session, we will go to Philadelphia's Fabric Row for you to purchase any fabric or trim you may want to use with my assistance. Lunch and refreshments will be provided. A menu from local eateries will be sent via email. If you have your own sewing machine that is in good working condition, you may use it. Otherwise, a sewing machine and all necessary tools will be provided. You will leave with your finished pants and your custom sloper, which is a template that works specifically for your body that you can use to continue to make pants of various lengths and styles.
