Week 4 of the One Room Challenge: Half Way Done!

No, you didn't miss anything. I skipped posting about Week 3 of the challenge. Not intentionally but life is 2020'ing on me so it's not easy to find the time to be still long enough for a meaty blog post. My bad, but I have been working behind the scenes to pull not only my Garden of Eden bedroom together but the rest of the house is getting much of my attention as well as today marks my 1 month anniversary in my new place. Yippppeee!

Since the Week 2 post, I have done a few things in my bedroom such as:

1. Decide on my curtains: the same black linen curtains from my previous bedroom.

2. Get new bedding.

3. Clear off my dresser and give it some order.

4. DIY 2 floral wall hangings.

5. Added some woman-centric artwork to the wall.

That leaves me with the right side of the room complete, the center (which contains my bed and dresser) practically done--it just needs a great piece of art above my headboard and new sheets on the bed, and the left side of the room...well, that needs a bit of work!

So what's next? I bought some decals and a friend is coming over early this week with a ladder so I can hand my hammock swing. I am also getting a water feature on that side of the room, too!! We are nearing the finish line! Can't wait to reveal the finished design!!
